We currently provide back-office support services to approximately 200 clients across the U.S., ranging from corporations to sole proprietors, depending on the client's needs. The back office supports the front office, which is responsible for administrative and managerial tasks and deals directly with customers. In many cases, except for a few large companies, there is a shortage of specialists in back-office operations such as accounting and bookkeeping, which means that managers themselves are often involved in payroll and accounting work, and employees are unable to concentrate on their main duties while doing back-office work. Also, if you are starting a new business, you don't know what back-office tasks you will need to do to get started, and you don't have the information on what systems you need to implement, which can cost you valuable time that would otherwise be spent on your core business for the startup.

In the U.S., there is no concept of a salaried employee who works for a company in a comprehensive manner, and there is a strong sense that each of them is an expert, so there is no concept of having employees perform back-office duties at the same time. For this reason, back office operations and business processes are often outsourced to outside professional services companies, and this category is sometimes referred to as BPO (Business Process Outsourcing). The main advantages of BPO are that there is no need to hire and train back office personnel, and because each employee can focus on their main duties, business quality and efficiency can be improved. One of the biggest advantages is that there is no need to invest in infrastructure, and because the work is not done at the level of the in-house personnel, the work can be visualized and the company can take advantage of the latest knowledge and expertise that would be difficult to obtain in-house. Modern back-office support companies are also accustomed to insourcing, or bringing work back in-house once it has been outsourced, and can outsource things like training systems and building infrastructure.

Companies need to make efficient use of their human resources and improve the efficiency of their operations. In addition to our back office support services, we also offer customized cloud implementation services. From our six offices in the United States, we can support your business expansion to the United States. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Charles Lim and Kazuyoshi Sanwa
